More than 8 years experience as a trainer including the development and organization of training sessions.
More than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

• In the domains of sales skills, communication, presentation skills, territory management, Business Culture.
• Product training in French & in Dutch.
• Training of managers in the area of coaching techniques (8-step coaching, situational leadership, links between these models).
• Course development; specifically in the communication and sales techniques field, non-verbal language, advanced sales techniques courses, public speaking courses, meeting facilitation.
Also developed courses in the field of therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical products.

CAREER OVERVIEW
Passionate about nature, Bernard Guévorts was granted a university degree in Zoological sciences (ULB) in 1981. He started his career, in 1984, in the pharmaceutical sector in different sales positions, primarily as a representative for GP (5 years), before joining the hospital sales team for another 7 years. Later, he will be appointed Product Manager in the antibiotics product range.
In 1998, he orientated his career towards the field of training and became Training Manager. He delivered, developed and organized training sessions for representatives and their managers. He enjoyed delivering technical training sessions (mainly in the fields of pharmaceutical products, pharmacology and therapeutics, …) as much as training sessions focusing on communication skills (sales, presenting in front of an audience, meeting management, non-verbal communication, …) and of course coaching and leadership training.
In May 2006, Bernard created his own structure : Authentis, as a Consultant in Training, in partnership with other companies where he continues to sharpen his interest in the personal and professional development by applying several models and his wealth of experience.
SEVERAL REALIZATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF TRAINING
International Level Training Sessions :
• Strategic selling at Hospital courses delivered to French and Belgian CHR, Maidstone, UK (1999).
• Coaching courses (2001) for Pfizer sales managers in Francophone Africa (approx. 25-30 part.).
Organizational and strategic projects :
• Participation to team Mission-Vision (9 part.) in 2001-2002, in order to define and support the Mission Vision of Pfizer PG Belgium from 2001 to 2005.
• Active participation in French cross-pollination (Pfizer francophone trainers’ network).
Awards :
• International Nominee (Values in Action nominee) for team work (1999)
• Awarded Star Track program for Be-best team Pfizer Belgium (for new ideas and their implementations) for the year 2001.
