Please allow me to introduce myself: Bernard Guévorts, consultant-coach. After 22-years in the pharmaceutical industry, eight of which were spent as a training manager, I decided to create my own organisation: Authentis, a new partner in the area of further education for your managerial staff and employees.

Our inspiration is the work of Eugenie Vegleris (Manager avec la philo, Editions d’Organisation 2006) who states the following: “Wherever people are, everything is possible, the good as well as the bad. Focusing on the best, brings out the best. In aiming for the best, without forgetting the possibility of the worst, one can be generous without being candid. The manager’s responsibility is to negotiate the path between trust in the human being and the innocence of humans.”

Within this context, we aim to develop the best solutions for the growth of the human element within your company. We wish to provide managers with tools that will enable them to develop their skills, as well as those of their colleagues, and to do so in a climate of mutual trust and enthusiasm. To achieve this - and this may initially seem somewhat idyllic - common projects and a shared culture, are essential. Authentis is there to help you reach these goals.
